GIMP Tutorial – Dragan Effect

You will need the Advanced Tone Mapping plug-in here: registry.gimp.org - Download the file named advancedtonemapping.scm and copy and paste it into your Scripts folder in the GIMP directory on your computer. Then restart GIMP to activate the script.
