Gimp Tutorial: how to create a blueprint

in this tutorial I show you how to create a blueprint in gimp, first you apply an edge filter to your image and the turn the saturation right down to make it black and white, then add a new layer and add a checkerboard filter with 20 pixels per square apply an edge filter to it, then add another layer and add a checkerboard filter with 10 pixels per square apply an edge filter to it, then add a new layer and make it blue, the turn the first layer(the blue) turn the opacity down to 40% the next layer down to 10% and then the layer after that down to 20% and then you should have a nice blue print - thanks to WOOSTER from Connecticut at pixel mater support

Gimp Tutorial: Cool Blue Web Layout

Hey guys I'm back again with more Gimp tutorials, which will be specifically for my new website GimpPimp, and in this video were going to be creating a "cool blue" web layout in which you guys can use to make your wordpress themes. BTW: Adding background music was a bad idea, cause it's a little hard to hear me at some spots, so just follow along with what I'm doing in the tutorial, and you should be good. Also if I'm going a little to fast you can always use that pause button. (Remember it can be your best friend at times) Additionally if you're having a hard time seeing what I'm doing, you can always view in fullscreen.
