How to Make Lightsabers on GIMP

This tutorial is outdated! View the remake: www.youtube.com READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE WATCHING!!! In the making of this video tutorial I forgot to add some tips in. So I found out how to add annotations! Please pay attention to those annotations while watching this video tutorial! Oh, and one more thing: it only works for images but it's still free and fun!
