GIMP tutorial on how to use gimp to make a text balloon/speech bubble. Very simple way of making shapes in GIMP with the selection tools, making a path from the selection and stroking the path. All done in GIMP, which is sort of the same as Photoshop.

Sorry the video is playing a bit fast. I'm still figuring out how to slow down the video. Anyways this is a quick video of on how I create word bubbles in the Gimp. You can do this in other imaging programs too like Photoshop.
