Colouring Lucario Using GIMP
This is a 4x speed colouring of an online picture of Lucario using the GNU image manipulation program, better known as GIMP. Full Credit for the line drawing goes to Chibigingi This one's slightly better than my Charizard one, i manage to get the shading done =D. This video will show you how to change the colour of your clothes using Gimp 2. Gimp 2 is a free programe that is used to edit photos, if you have used photo shop before but dont want to give out an arm and a leg just to buy it then go for this.
