i downloaded a shit load of brushes and they dont show up on gimp..yes i kno there Gimp brushes

Ok, it might be becuase of the following:
you backround mightnt be black, in which case you should make it black.
when you go to the camera bit, your zoomed in to much to not be able to see anything, which if the case you should zoom out.

Other wise I have no idea.
