GIMP -How to make a text balloon/speech bubble – GIMP tutorial
GIMP tutorial on how to use gimp to make a text balloon/speech bubble. Very simple way of making shapes in GIMP with the selection tools, making a path from the selection and stroking the path. All done in GIMP, which is sort of the same as Photoshop.
